Who Is Behind Towards Zero?
Towards Zero is a partnership between the Transport Accident Commission, VicRoads, Victoria Police, the Department of Justice and Regulation and the Department of Health and Human Services. Working together with the community, it is our belief that zero deaths and serious injuries on our roads is possible.

TAC
The Transport Accident Commission (TAC) is a Victorian Government-owned organisation whose role is to promote road safety, improve the State's trauma system and support those who have been injured on our roads.

VicRoads
VicRoads is responsible for delivering safer roads and roadsides, education and initiatives that keep all road users safe on their journeys as they move across the state of Victoria.

Victoria Police
Victoria Police provides policing services to the Victorian community 24 hours a day, seven days a week, working to keep over 5.7 million Victorians safe.

Department of Justice and Regulation
The department delivers high-quality services to Victorians and supports a safe, just, innovative and thriving Victoria.

Department of Health and Human Services
The department integrates health and human services policies, programs and services to improve the wellbeing of all Victorians.
